“You live in a pretty world.”
Actually, singer-songwriter Natascha Myers lives in the same world you do. A world filled with elation and suffering, beauty and tragedy, silence and racket. But true to her composition professor’s trademark response to a vast majority of her songs, Natascha Myers chooses to compose a pretty world out of the life she lives.
Although she is classically-trained at Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, Natascha writes and performs folk pop music. Her soft, smooth vocals are accompanied by a wide variety of instrumentation, from acoustic guitar and piano in her own hands, to violin and cello in others’. Described by The Cedar Valley Pulse as a “musical wünderkind,” Natascha recently released her debut EP as she began her senior year of college. Do Not Go Gentle consists of four original songs that encapsulate Natascha’s growth into adulthood while relating to the human experience and is available on iTunes and www.nataschamyers.com.
So step into her pretty world. You’ll like the sound of it.
