A special additional performance by Raymundo this month, to accompany our Justin Scardina pop-up restaurant night.
Raymundo’s lyrical baritone voice has caressed sweethearts, wedding ceremonies, private parties and the dying. Like lavender oil, his sonorous tones seep into your skin and his guitar sets fire to your heart. His songs, both original and traditional, are steeped in historical traditions from Latin America, Spain, and the United States.
A Mexican born Spaniard living in Decorah, Raymundo is a life long sidewalk musician. He inherited his musical skills from his parents. Ancestral troubadours, Raymundo’s daughter, Isabela, now carries on the family tradition at Luther College.
